Evaluation of Faculty

Adjunct Faculty

A.     Department Chairs (or designated full-time faculty) make classroom visits throughout each semester. New adjunct faculty should receive a visit during the first semester at MCC and one visit per year thereafter.

B.     Department Chairs administer student evaluation questionnaire forms during the thirteenth or fourteenth week of the fall and spring semesters, and during the last few class meetings during summer semesters.

C.     Department Chairs will follow student evaluation distribution procedures to provide feedback at the conclusion of each semester.
