Students do not pay this amount to the College. Using government figures, this is the estimated amount needed to survive in the local area for one academic year. This is the minimum amount required and does not include travel expenses or the support of any dependents. If there are any dependents, please add an additional $5,000 per dependent for additional living expenses and health/accident insurance.
Submit a financial statement showing that this actual designated, required total amount of $22,010.00 (U. S. Dollar or equivalent) of financial support is available. If not in English, a translation must be provided. Letters from banks which state that there are enough funds available, but which do not state an actual dollar amount, are not acceptable.
If all or part of a student's financial support is coming from an American Citizen or a Permanent Resident Alien (Green card holder), a U.S. Citizen & Immigration Services (USCIS) Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) must also be completed along with a supporting letter or bank statement from a financial institution. Letters from banks which state that there are enough funds available, but which do not state an actual dollar amount, are not acceptable. The I-134 form may be obtained from the International Student Services Office or from the USCIS Web site.
Please Note!! This $22,010.00 requirement is subject to change without prior notice whenever increased costs make it necessary.
