Business Administration/Management Associate in Science Degree [2006]Program Director:Steve Floyd Program Goal: The goal of this degree program is to prepare students in employment for mid-management positions in a variety of business environments or to transfer to the University of South Florida's A.S. to Bachelor of Applied Science degree program. The program goal includes instruction in the areas of planning, organizing, directing and controlling of a business, with emphasis on selected theories of management and decision-making and the knowledge and understanding necessary for managing people and functions. Students are required to complete the University of South Florida foreign language required if they have not already done so. **A grade of "C" or better must be attained for all courses taken for this degree. Students enrolling in this degree program are eligible for the AS/A.A.S. Job Guarantee Program and may obtain eligibility and application information from the program manager or career resource centers. |
