FPDT MISSION: In conjunction with the Manatee Community College Mission Statement, the Faculty Professional Development Team will enhance the college teaching and learning environment and specifically address the faculty needs and interests in teaching effectiveness and faculty development.
Encouraging faculty collaboration & instructional innovation. We coordinate, facilitate, & sponsor instructional opportunities for MCC faculty.
