Note: Manatee Community College ("MCC") has taken steps to protect student and staff privacy of information. MCC has recently acquired and installed new computer software for student and staff information. In the past, MCC and most schools used social security number in combination with a PIN number to protect confidential or private information. MCC has completely eliminated the use of social security numbers as a key to the individual's records. All MCC students who attended MCC since the Summer 2001 Term were given a SID. This number, which starts with the letter "G," along with a PIN is your key to accessing your information on-line via the web. All students attending MCC prior to the Summer 2001 Term have also been assigned a SID and PIN. 7. Click Next. Your Transcript will display on your monitor Personal Identification Number ("PIN") Help A PIN is number has been assigned to you by MCC. The PIN in conjunction with your SID creates a unique number for you. Initially, MCC assigned a randomly selected PIN for each person. How do I get my SID and PIN? All students who have attended MCC in the past twenty years have been assigned a SID and PIN. For security reasons, MCC requires a student to come to the Registrar's office with a picture ID before MCC will provide the student with their SID and PIN. The Registrar's office hours are: Monday through Thursday , 8:00 am to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 PM.
