Practice Placement Test Resources!

On this page you will find various Web sites that provide practice for subtests of the Florida College Entry Level Placement Test (CPT), in the skill areas of mathematics, reading and English.

The first section "Accuplacer" is an introduction to online placement testing at the College Board's ACCUPLACER Online Web site.  "Accuplacer Online at MCC" describes how, when and where placement testing is conducted at MCC.  The sections "Math," "Reading," and "English" contain sample questions, correct answers and links to Web sites that offer tutorial instruction and review for selected questions.

The Computerized Placement Test (CPT), was developed with the help of committees of college faculty, to provide information about your level of skill and accomplishment in reading, writing, English and mathematics. Your college may use the scores you receive and other information that you provide to help determine the English, mathematics, and reading courses most appropriate for you at this time.
